Description
Poste : Je suis Andran, consultant spécialisé dans le recrutement des profils en finance et en comptabilité chez Fed Finance.
Je recrute pour un de mes clients à Saint Priest, entreprise internationale dans la technologie innovante et cotée en bourse, un contrôleur de gestion R&D F/H en CDI.
Pour ce challenge stimulant au sein d'une entreprise en forte croissance, mon client recherche son prochain contrôleur de gestion R&D pour son site lyonnais.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable du contrôle de gestion Europe, vos missions seront :
* Gestion du budgétisation : co-créer, gouverner et rendre compte des budgets pour les projets de R&D et l'innovation avec les chefs d'ingénierie/gestion de programme,
* Analyse financière : analyse des coûts et des avantages des initiatives de R&D, fournissant des informations à la haute direction sur l'impact financier des investissements en R&D,
* Représenter la finance au sein de l'organisation de gestion de projet et soutenir la gestion de projet pour les tâches économiques et financières,
* Contrôle des coûts : identifier les possibilités d'optimiser les dépenses de R&D tout en maintenant la qualité et l'avancement des projets,
* Conformité : veiller à ce que les dépenses de R-D respectent les normes comptables et les règlements fiscaux pertinents, et à ce que la documentation soit en place pour les crédits d'impôt ou les incitatifs liés aux activités de recherche,
Vous serez également solliciter sur les travaux de clôtures mensuelles avec un reporting au niveau groupe.
Vous allez collaborer avec les équipes mondes pour ce qui est de l'amélioration continue des process R&D
Participer au développement des compétences financières en équipes " non financières ",
Gestion des risques : évaluation des risques financiers associés aux projets de R&D et mise en oeuvre de stratégies pour les atténuer,
Gestion des données et reporting/prévision : contribuer aux projets de numérisation des entreprises et de la R&D,
Rôle principal sur la planification stratégique : vous allez contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies de R-D en fournissant des renseignements financiers et en participant aux processus décisionnels.
Profil : Mon client recherche un profil d'Ingénieur avec de solides compétences financières, ou diplôme universitaire en contrôle et comptabilité,
Votre profil sera couplé avec 5 à 10 ans de succès dans une entreprise industrielle;
Vous avez également de bonne connaissance des méthodes d'établissement des coûts,
La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire sur ce poste : anglais oral et écrit professionnel.
Vous serez attendu sur vos compétences Excel et Power BI,
Un style de travail précis et précis,
Compétences analytiques et conceptuelles élevées,
Agit de manière proactive et autonome,
Vous appréciez les aspects opérationnels d'une entreprise,
Bonne communication, esprit d'équipe.
La fourchette de rémunération proposée sur ce poste est comprise entre euros par an.
A cela s'ajoute une part variable entre 15% et 20% de votre rémunération brute annuelle.
