The Finance Innovation team coordinates all Digital Transformation Projects on behalf of the Group Finance departments


ROLE
The Project Manager - Finance Data Governance will be part of the Finance Innovation department.

He/she will report to the Manager of this department and will work closely with the Data Office.


This pool will be structured to guarantee a proximity with the Finance businesses and to ensure a smooth deployment of Finance Data Governance in collaboration and with the support of the Data Governance Office.

He/she will be responsible for the deployment of the Data Governance Framework for a defined domain of Finance data.


RESPONSABILITIES


We are looking for a position who will act as a key player to deploy Data Governance by design best practices.


He/She will contribute to the understanding of current data pain points (in Lines domain) and will leverage on her/his previous experience to improve the data quality along the way.

He/she will ensure the proper roll out of the Data Governance for Finance roadmap in the scope of key data initiatives and will cover, as a first step (to be completed progressively with other activities from the Data Governance Office service catalog), the following perimeter:

Process:
understand Lines processes (in collaboration with Line Business Process Expert) and connect them with underlying data processes


Data knowledge:
ensure appropriate data definition, data ownership, data confidentiality and data source of truth


Data Quality:
from data quality pain point identification to data quality remediation plan follow-up, until data certification

PROFILE & SKILLS

Person having 2-3 years of experiences in Data Governance & Management

Good knowledge of Data practices (Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality)

Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral

Excellent relational and communication skills

Great capacity for listening and adaption

Organized

Autonomous

Fluent in French & English
