Emea Order Management Gm - Buc, France - GE Healthcare
Description
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include**:
- Lead a team of Senior and Experienced People leaders and is responsible for all EMEA Order Management activities and results.
- Ensure communication with customer (Internal or External), commercial and functional teams regarding equipment delivery timing and details.
- Ensure rigor to convert unbilled revenue to billed, drive cycle time reduction & ensuring clarity to finance team.
- Develop high performing order management teams including measurement of performance against organizational objectives for quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
- Use Lean Methodology to drive Order Management excellence & On Time Delivery in the Region with continuous alignment to business goals.
- Excellent partnership with other operating teams, COE's and Shared Services, partnering to drive Order Operations excellence and improved customer experience.
- Critical business partner to the EMEA Region leadership team by reaching the required business outcomes, including, Sales Estimation accuracy and predictability, backlog execution efficiency, predictability of cycle times, inventory management.
- Manage operating costs in order to ensure optimal capability, capacity, scalability and backlog operational controls are in place to fulfill commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, documents and tools, to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of order management practices
- Building & strengthening communication & collaboration with ISC and Zone Teams
- Driving a highly collaborative culture, which encourages effective partnership across functional and geographic boundaries to deliver on business imperatives
Qualifications:
- Degree in Logistics, Materials, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain Management and minimum 15 years of operations management experience.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience and proven ability to lead and inspire a team, maintain high morale, employee involvement & teamwork.
- Experience in building and Executing a Financial Estimate (i.e. Revenue, Budget, Cost etc.)
- Experience in large scale operational process improvement initiative and driving adoptions to standards and framework.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sustainable process changes and adapt to business and functional changes.
- Rigorous and strong execution capabilities in an operational environment.
- Ability to effectively manage time & KPIs, prioritize work & delegate.
- Building & strengthening communication & collaboration with ISC and Zone Teams
- Driving a highly collaborative culture, which encourages effective partnership across functional and geographic boundaries to deliver on business imperatives
- Exceptional communication (verbal, written) and Ability to make executive level presentations
- Lean certified with experience in leading projects using the Lean methodology.
