- Build and deepen relationships with local sales to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Target, identify and prospect potential stakeholders (eg prescribers) related to this segment, like GDS's, Tech Companies, Payment Provider
- Help support the creation compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts, including presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams to optimize customer interactions and drive revenue growth
- Develop sales engagement strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align engagement strategies with business goals.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform engagement strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Being Ambassador of AXA Partners Global Travel Insurance value proposition (Standardization, Customer Conduct, ...).
- Being POC of Global Travel Insurance internally & externally.
- Accountable of the "shadow" Global P&L to insure profitable growth (prime P&L is at country level)

- Good understanding of customer behaviour and is comfortable with providing insight to develop business performance. Market research analysis would also be a bonus.
