The objective of this role is to be a unifier of teams across Ingenico and its partners, working across multiple internal and externalorganizations.

The EMEA Partner Development Manager will be responsible for helping build, manage and support the evolution of the PartnerIN program in the European Market, serving as the voice of the solution partners and channels partner providing feedback to the Global Partner Program team.

In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, he/she will take the lead on the PartnerIN Program operational efficiency locally and contribute to the success of our solutions and channel partners being onboarded onto PartnerIN.

He/she plays a key role in the guidance during the onboarding phase, in the success of the plan jointly agreed by the partner and Ingenico Sales team, and finally in the adoption of Ingenico technology by the Partner that will translate into new opportunities for Ingenico as well.

During this activity, the PartnerIN Program Manager will build relationships with with our partners and internal stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive the adoption of the PartnerIN program, profitability, and success in the European market.
  • Guides the partner during the onboarding phase and among Partner Central navigation pane and functionalities
  • Make sure Ingenico assesses the partner sales and technical maturity at the beginning of the relationship and codraw the required enablement program based on the Ingenico existing training and selflearning offering, customized workshops and/or technical labs
  • Handles all partner requests by involving required teams/resources in addition to the standard support access when necessary
  • Collaborate with Ingenico marketing and partners to define and execute joint go to market activities leveraging MDF funds
  • Manages the Partners' program performance metrics in order to make sure the partners reach the requirements to maintain/upgrade their partner tier membership
  • Understand the partners' DNA to be able to recommend partner needs, benefits, and program requirements to the central Partner Program team

Key Performance Objectives/Indicators:


  • Number of existing and new partners, for both business and solution partner programs, onboarded onto PartnerIN
  • Growth plan per partner jointly signed
  • MDF performance

- plan (80% on lead gen, reduce unused MDF)

  • Partner enablement plan
  • Increase lead referrals through Partner Central portal
  • Partner satisfaction, measured though NPS

SKILLS/COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION

Competency/Skill requirements:


  • Min. 510 years of partner program and operations experience in a technology company
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills in both French and English and detailed project management skills are required.
  • Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills
  • Experience working with various partner types across multiple regions
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and identify areas of improvement/focus
  • Excellent skills in drafting content, writing and editing
  • Worked ideally with Salesforce PRM and CPQ
  • BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree
  • Comfortable with travel up to 15%
