Reporting to the Exc. Brands (private label) Sourcing Director, you contribute to the development and competitiveness of own brands. You will be responsible for the procurement of Rubix Eng's Exclusive Brands (EB). This role consists of implementing purchasing strategies by category, managing supplier efficiency, productivity and improvement of Rubix Working Capital.

Given the global nature of these procurement initiatives, the Sourcing Manager interacts with suppliers and multiple cross-functional colleagues across regions and professional cultures

  • Support Product Management Growth through New Product Development / Innovation Create Profitability Under Efficient Product life cycle Management
  • Develop vendor referencing, you are the daily interface between Category managers and vendors
  • A-Class Supplier Network development & Relationship Management
  • You facilitate vendor panels Identify new product /sources and are looking for new suppliers.
  • Lead the supplier selection process through management of formal RFP, RFQ and RFI processes
  • Prepare and perform the negotiation and contract management with suppliers
  • Responsible for creation of TCO value to the organization through a combination of productivity, working capital, synergies, reduced risk, improved supplier lead times, etc.
  • Develop and foster global supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement and innovation.
  • Implement strategic supplier management, supplier risk management, supplier diversity (Geopolitical Risk)
  • Guarantee compliance with GSM policies and procedures and DOA requirements.

Technical skills:

  • Degree (business school or university), you have a minimum of 3 years experience in purchase ideally of finishedproducts through an international environment
  • High sensibility and receptivity to technical products.
  • Knowledge of the B to B/network sales environment.
  • You are resilient, dynamic, curious, rigorous, and independent.
  • You have an analytical and analytical mind and know how to drive and take initiative.
  • You appreciate teamwork and sharing information.
  • Your thoroughness, interpersonal skills and good negotiation practices are assets
  • Expertise on process steps and requirements related to product creation and development.
  • Well understanding and knowledge on Purchasing, Logistics and Quality aspects.
  • Strong in Project management in an international environment.
  • Contract management/ Negotiations and research/ selection of suppliers on industrial goods
  • Analysis and monitoring skills of monthly or immediate figured performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel and PowerPoint
