The HSE Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and the policy concerning all safety, quality, hygiene and respect for the environment activities within the ESS division.

You assess the risk an d propose preventive/containment solutions in agreement with the ESS division management and in accordance with HSE standards and regulations.

• Define the divisions objectives in terms or risk prevention according to the regulatory and legislative context and the orientations of the management and the company
• Provide functional support to all internal departments of the division in order to guarantee the compliance of facilities and processes with regard to health and safety requirements and regulations
• Constantly monitor changes in regulations relating to health, safety, the environment and working conditions

• Define the safety requirements and constraints of the ESS division in order to integrate them into the design and construction of energy storage plants in consultation with the development and construction departments
• Create and follow procedures or intervention on structures for internal and external operational staff
• Manage onsite audits
• Support the quotation teams to review the HSE constraints of the offers
• Set up relevant HSE monitoring indicators for sites
• Develop and monitor Hazard Prevention Plans (PPR) & PPSPS & PES
• Assist in members of the Occupational Health and Safety Commission in the analysis of occupational accidents and the development of the tree of causes
• Assist our internal/external clients in the analysis of incidents on the operating site and in the development of the root cause
• Participate in the crisis unit in the event of the critical event on site
• Supports Product Risk Studies (SSE)
• Validate the implementation of the EHS of the different projects
• Participate in the network of the companies HSE Managers

• Monitor the main risks (working at heights, HV work, LV, electrical proximity, road travel, lone worker, storage and work near hazardous materials), check PPE
• Develop internal emergency reflex sheets/procedures, in the event of an incident
• Identify the needs and set up staff training and accreditations
• Design and conduct internal information and training actions to raise awareness of risk prevention among the teams
• Inform and respond to requests from our external partners and administrations

• 15 years experience in the industrial sector
• Minimum 5 years experience in a HSE activity
• Experience in ensuring compliance with the processes, standards and regulatory constraints in force
