Within the Global Securities Settlement division, you are part of the Primary team, which is responsible for monitoring Natixis' bond issues through dedicated and non-programming programs.

On a daily basis, your job is to:

Ensure the compliance of legal documentation, particularly in the context of bank issues and syndicated (or non-syndicated) issues on behalf of Natixis or external issuers;

Enrich, validate and confirm transactions in information systems;

Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions and securities events, then alert if necessary;

Check contracts and invoices, then calculate, check and pay the commission provider/distributor (upfront and running);

Resolve settlement or cash suspense, and ensure the customer-provider/sales relationship.

You ensure the proper application of the company's procedures and escalate to your hierarchy the difficulties encountered in your activity.
