The opportunity
As a VP Sales, you will be joining our leadership team with the goal to manage our existing sales team, hiring new members and helping us skyrocket our sales by streamlining sales processes.
To succeed as a VP Sales, you should have prior organizational leadership experience, collaborate with team members, and be a strategic problem-solver and an inspiring sales leader.
Sales are the source of our founding and VP Sales is then one of the most strategic positions in the company.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing our sales team and maintaining sales operations
- Outlining and managing sales budgets
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales forecasting, plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve them
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services
- Working crossfunctionally with R&D teams to help identify new product opportunities
Requirements:
What we're looking for:
- You have a significant experience (5+years) as VP Sales, Head of Sales or a similar management position in an international environment
- You have strong organizational leadership skills, you know how to put processes in place and implement them on a global scale
- You are creative and openminded
- You have a consultative sales approach and you are described as a solution finder
- You manage through empathy and have already led a sales team of 10+ people
- You are goaloriented and resultdriven: you want your team to meet and exceed their targets, and you have the track record to prove it
- You have extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams
- You have experience in managing complex contract
- You are recognized for your negotiation and closing skills
- You have a strong customer satisfaction mindset
- You are fluent in English (Additional EU language is a plus)
- An experience in Big Data, GIS, DAAS or Enterprise SAAS will be a plus
