    Scope of Activities

    To carry out some or all of the following activities:

  • Develop and implement company health policies as part of human resources management
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of health risk and accident prevention plans in conjunction with the Health, Safety and Risk Prevention Department: analyze company working conditions, identify occupational risks (accidents and illnesses), make measurements (with particular emphasis on biometrology) to quantify the use of hazardous products, and propose risk prevention measures
  • Prevent and screen for psychosocial risks, and improve quality of work life.
  • Prevent the risk posed by the consumption of alcohol, narcotics and psychotropic drugs in the company.
  • Analyze the effects of workstations, techniques and work patterns on human physiology, and propose workstation adaptations for disabled workers
  • Regularly review and determine the suitability of personnel for their workstation: screen and examine employees on the basis of the risks to which they are exposed, screening for any changes in health as a result of working conditions, propose therapeutic care, and provide education on accident risk prevention and health issues
  • Prepare employee monitoring protocols that define the frequency and content of examinations, and delegate certain tasks to your support staff.
  • Organize in-company accident risk prevention and health education campaigns that relate directly to the work involved
  • Write the documents required for regulatory compliance.
  • Write emergency care protocols.
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
  • The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.

  • Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
  • Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
  • Support QSE maturity development in your sector
  • 5 years' further eduction at Business / (General) Engineering graduate school
