We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Sales Rep to join our world class field sales organization with the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and career. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, servicing customers, learning the Supply Chain Management SaaS industry, and have the ambition and what it takes to become and Account Manager.

    As an Associate Sales Rep, you will receive regular feedback, mentoring and development opportunities to build relationships and provide solutions to our customers.

    Scope
    • Responsible for building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to our existing customers
    • by providing presence, anticipating/identifying customer problems and recommending
    • appropriate solutions guided by the Senior Account Managers.
    • Partner with Senior Account Managers and Segment Sales leaders to drive pipeline and help
    • move multiple transactions through the sales pipeline within Blue Yonder's existing install base.
    • Participate in LAUNCH trainings focused on sales methodology, sales process, territory planning,
    • and industry/customer research to ensure accelerated development.

    • Partner with Sales Executives and Senior Account Managers to create and maintain actionable account plans to drive expansion opportunities with existing customers (license buy ups, extra environments, .
    • Develop and drive pipeline and learn how to move multiple transactions through the sales pipeline while working closely with Sales Executives and Senior Account Managers.
    • Build relationships with our existing customers and anticipate/identify customer problems and recommend appropriate solutions guided by the Senior Account Managers.
    • Participate in LAUNCH trainings focused on sales methodology, sales process, territory planning, and industry/customer research to ensure accelerated development.
    • • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

      • 2+ years of sales experience

      • Excellent communication and presentation skills

      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

      • Relentless passion for servicing customers

      • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software is a plus
    • French and English language to business level
