- Vous développez une relation de qualité avec vos clients, professionnels comme particuliers, afin d'apporter la meilleure réponse à leurs besoins. Vous savez les conseiller.
- Vous participez à l'animation du point de vente : de la réception des commandes à la mise en rayon, en passant par le merchandising, la réalisation des vitrines, la décoration des espaces, etc.
- Vous participez activement aux opérations commerciales en équipe, en assurant la qualité de service aux clients, la propreté, la sécurité du point de vente.
- Un parcours d'intégration complet, avec notamment un cursus de formation commerciale à l'ensemble de nos gammes produits, outils & process et aux techniques de vente.
- Une formation continue, notamment via notre plateforme e-learning.
- Un management de proximité et le support d'une équipe.
