Professional and disciplinary management and further development of a team of up to 5 employees
Designing, administering and supporting complex server virtualization, data backup and storage system environments
Optimization and holistic further development of the supported system landscape
Active collaboration in cross-team projects
Close cooperation with competent system and application managers
Completed training or degree in the field of IT with relevant professional experience as a system administrator for storage and server virtualization
Experience in leading teams with the ability to create a positive and constructive working environment for employees
Target group-specific communication skills with regard to professional / technical communication to the team and preparation of decisions at management level
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
Ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality
