In this position you will manage the inventories of all the HRA affiliates on both local and Group level and perform the relevant US GAAP accounting entries.

You are responsible for reporting the trial balances of all HRA affiliates to Corporate and perform several SOX controls and support Supply Chain team with several calculations on inventory


Scope of the Role:

Reporting

You are responsible for:

  • Submitting the monthly trial balances of all HRA affiliates to Corporate
  • Performing the SOX control relating to the tie out of the trial balances with the Corporate systems
  • All inventory reportings to Corporate and perform the SOX controls associated
FP&A- You calculate the intercompany profit within the inventories and perform the US GAAP entries within the system

  • You are the "Business Partner" of the Supply Chain organisation. You help your correspondents to build their budget forecasts. In particular, you manage standard costs and purchasing and production variances.
  • You follow up local and Corporate Balance Sheets and make Working Capiral calculations (cash flow, Working Capital KPIs)
  • You communicate to your interlocutors their expenditure and CAPEX monitoring, you will analyse deviations from the Budget forecasts and propose corrective measures.
  • You propose improvements to the processes used to monitor the management of your activity.
  • You carry out ad hoc studies on the performance indicators necessary for decisionmaking

Experience Required:


  • Higher education in a business school, you have minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management control and inventory consolidation experience. Experience in a top 4 auditing firm will be considered as a plus
  • You have very strong excel skills and ability to work with big databases
  • Experience working with an ERP (ideally JDEdwards and SAP)
  • You have technical and functional experience in Financial Reporting
