The HR Intern Role:


You will be joining a rapidly expanding team early in its growth cycle, which means you will have an opportunity to shape the team's culture.


Key Activities:


  • Be a key player in the wellbeing at work and employer branding initiatives;
  • Participate in the CSR (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises) strategy of the company;
  • Support the HR department in the daily projects

About you:


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, with a HR/CSR focus

Experience:


  • A previous internship in a fastgrowing company is a plus

Skills:


  • Strong English and French proficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Excel and Word proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player

Even better:


  • An interest and knowledge in CSR/ESG matters is a strong plus

Job Specifics:


  • Location: Paris
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Type of contract: Internship
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Our hiring process:

  • A 60 min HR Interview via Google Meet, to better explain the tasks for this internship, as well as to get to know you and be aligned on expectations on both sides about how we would work together
  • A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at SESAMm could be like
  • Debriefing of the remote exercise with the HR team, to meet the great team you will be working with on a daily basis.
