THE ROLE

Within the Reefer department, you will participate in the control of the filling of the vessels by analyzing the bookings and the loading forecasts of the weeks to come.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You anticipate the filling rates by proposing specific actions, you alert the Line's sales staff, the agents in the field and the dedicated teams for the vessels' call operations

You participate in the transmission of instructions on allocations, data related to the rotation of the Line as well as on the modifications made between the Sales department, the shipping flow managers of other Lines, the operations department and the agents.

After having grouped the needs of the different sales representatives, you will consult with management in order to establish an allocation for the Quarter.

This allocation table will then be sent to the line for information and management.

You will inform the Cargo Flow Reefer of the other zones if necessary and will establish the link between several departments and zones.

In agreement with your Management and in relation with the commercial and operations departments, you will ensure the optimal distribution of the available volumes on the vessels and control the routing of the goods.

You also collaborate in sharing loading forecasts and verifying allocations with the various partners, and you alert your Manager and team in cases of over or under-utilization of the CMA-CGM allocation.

In this way, over-utilization will often be alerted by the CF lines. You will then take the necessary measures to restore the situation if needed.

You may also have to reduce the plug overuse of a port.

The reduction of idles, missnominations or any other problems that could lead to operational costs will be one of your most important current missions.

You will follow some VIP container traffic (due to customer, principal, convenience or RF type) in order to ensure its proper functioning

Finally, you will contribute to the realization of statistics by port of loading and final destination on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Master degree or above, preferably in shipping, logistics management or business administration

Your English is fluent, both orally and in writing,

You master computer and office tools (especially Excel).

You are organized, autonomous and you have a strong sense of initiative.

Your interpersonal skills, your sense of communication and your team spirit will enable you to succeed in this position.
