International Project Management Assistant
to join our team working for a better future.
The preferred location for the position is in Nantes, France.
What you will be doing
As International Project Management Assistant your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Create purchase requisitions and ensure follow-up.
- Oversee logistic movements and the associated documentation.
- Organize supply chain activities.
- Review and negotiate documents for letters of credit.
- Coordinate project tasks, including customer interactions.
- Support the team with your knowledge of INCOTERMS and related areas.
- Lead department meetings.
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- A BTS / Licence Pro in "Commerce International" or equivalent.
- Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in international trade within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Pack Office and SAP.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated independence and exceptional communication skills.

Ce poste est en CDI et basé à Nantes, France.
Ce que vous ferez
Au sein de Wärtsilä Marine Power, vous ferez partie d'une équipe passionnante de gestion de projets internationaux qui supervise des projets dans le monde entier.
En tant que membre du département "Gestion de Projets", vous serez en charge de diverses tâches liées au projet, telles que les achats, la logistique, et les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, le tout sous la direction du chef de projet.
Plus spécifiquement, en tant qu'Assistant(e) en Gestion de Projets Internationaux H/F, vous:
- Créerez des demandes d'achat et assurerez leur suivi.
- Superviserez les mouvements logistiques et la documentation associée.
- Organiserez les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Examinerez et négocierez des documents pour les lettres de crédit.
- Coordonnerez les tâches du projet, y compris les interactions avec les clients.
- Soutiendrez l'équipe avec vos connaissances des INCOTERMS et des domaines associés. Animerez les réunions du département.
Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez:
- Un BTS / Licence Pro en "Commerce International" ou équivalent.
- Une expérience significative (5 à 10 ans) dans le commerce international dans un contexte industriel.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Pack Office et SAP.
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
