The Opportunity**The Plus Agency, Worldline's internal communication and marketing agency, is seeking a Web & Digital Specialist to maintain the corporate websites of Worldline's web ecosystem on behalf of our internal clients and support on digital communications. As a Web & Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for updating website content, creating digital assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the websites and associated pages. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers and developers to implement website improvements and coordinate launches.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support the update of website content for the clients of the Plus Agency, advising on website strategy whenever necessary.
  • Regularly maintain website content, ensuring basic routine updates and verifying that all associated pages are functioning properly.
  • Conduct thorough crossbrowser testing to ensure the quality and compatibility of the updated content.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to facilitate website enhancements or/and successful launches.

Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for proactive individuals who can bring about positive attitude, and have a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development


This means:

  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript or any other frameworks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in responsive design and UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with webmaster activities.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, coupled with tech acumen.
  • Detailoriented, a rigorous and analytical mindset, very good sense of aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, possess excellent organizational skills, and effectively manage priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse individuals and actively shares knowledge.
  • Proficient in English, enabling effective communication in an international environment with multiple interlocutors.
  • Knowledge in SEO and Analytics is a plus.
