Your Profile

University Degree in related field is required.
Professional Experience (5+ years) in Siemens Energy industry
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce is helpful
Bilingual in English and Spanish languages is required at professional working proficiency level.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
Applies sophisticated skills to resolve sophisticated problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently.
Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to highimpact, sophisticated, and/or crossfunctional problems.
Demonstrates validated understanding of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.

Your Responsibilities:

Leads processes for maintaining scorecards, reports and other related documentation, including maintaining all Field Service key performance indicators.
Analyzes post outage customer survey results and identifies areas where improvements are needed, supports actions and supervises implementation with all countries.
Analyses staff/resource balancing needs for field operations in region Latin America, including maintaining field service capability and training matrix for al FS resources in the region including training plans, certification status and OJT schedules for all FS resources.
Supports outage event forecasts, supporting regional resource planners and longterm planning for management reviews.
Owns and maintains FST process procedures, including process improvement initiatives.
Responsibility to comply and / or carry out the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

The position reports to Region Latin America's Service Operations, Field Service and Tools, Resource Management organization.

Operational Process Specialist supports for all Region Latin America's Field Service resource management initiatives and process improvements to ensure field service strategies and objectives are met, including data capturing for resource allocation, analysis of cross-Business Unit efficiencies and manpower/tooling assessments.
