Description du poste

Legal advice for all local (French) inhouse teams and local management (e.g. contract law, labor law, real estate law, competition law, corporate law, data protection law, and compliance)
Draft of contract templates, review of internal and external contracts (in French and English) as well as negotiation and management of contracts
Responsibility for managing court and administrative proceedings in France including the coordination of external legal advisors
Managing local compliance matters and provision of due diligence support
Regular reporting and proactive communication with our General Counsel (based in Berlin) as well as local and HQ leadership teams

Qualifications:

Fully qualified French lawyer and broad expertise in legal affairs
Several years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in a fastgrowing internet company or at a toptier law firm with specialist knowledge in the abovementioned areas
Confident appearance and assertiveness, as well as the ability to identify and assess risks independently, to develop practical solutions, and to accompany the correct implementation
Handon mentality and the ability to explain and breakdown legal contents to stakeholders from nonlegal departments
Fluency in French and English; German language skills are a plus
