We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our
dynamic industry
for a greener world but also participate in the HR Development initiatives and missions in our Headquarter (HQ) in Nanterre and who will be supported in their development by the Talent & Organization Development Director.

You probably have some more questions at this point, so let us introduce the main missions and opportunities:

Participate in the preparation of People Reviews and other Talent Committees
Support the coordination and the followup of the Yearly Performance Review
Lead several projects dedicated to a specific population or process for Talent Development (employeee engagement initiatives, reshaping of the HR Intranet and of the onboarding process for new entrants,)
Support the Talent & Organization Development Director to drive excellence in the HR function
Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world

Your apprenticeship will start in
September 2023 (depending on your school's calendar) for a duration of one to two years.

Because at Faurecia we like to foster talent,
4 to 5 HR VIE positions are proposed every year, with a priority for our former interns or apprentices.
