About this opportunity
The Compliance Organisation has group-wide responsibility Ethics & Compliance Program or E&C Program.

The Compliance Office within Group Function (GF) Legal Affairs & Compliance develops and maintains Ericsson's ethics and compliance program. The Compliance Office also support compliance teams in the Market Areas, Business Areas, Group Functions, and other operational units, which are responsible for supporting and monitoring the execution of the ethics and compliance program in all operating units and legal entities within their countries of responsibility


What you will do

  • Act as trusted advisor to all internal units and provide AML related advice on group relevant matters.
  • Provide AML expertise to the compliance organization and partner with the business to manage and mitigate AML related risk;
  • Run AML risk assessments and derive meaningful results and improvements.
  • Continuously enhance the AML risk monitoring environment in close collaboration with Finance and Treasury units.
  • Provide regular updates to the Compliance Office and other stakeholders regarding regulator updates, changes in the risk landscape etc.

You will bring

  • High level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson's values; must be empathetic and willing to listen.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Master of Law, Finance, Business, or other university degree suitable for compliance.
  • Proficient in English, second language desirable.
  • Working experience 10 + years in compliance, legal, finance, audit & assessment, or another relevant field.
  • Excellent networking ability and social skills including the ability to handle employees at executive level.
  • International experience and cultural awareness.
  • Independent, goaloriented, and systematic way of working.
  • Strong business knowledge and familiarity with Ericsson ways of working, particularly in relation to compliance and dependent business processes.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
