Talent Development & Learning Specialist, New Energies (W/M) - Levallois (FR):

Main missions:


Support Talent Development & Learning activities for New Energies division in adequation with business strategy and Group and Division guidelines.


Responsibilities:


Talent Development

  • VIE coordination: manage VIE from definition of needs with the hiring managers, to animation of the community and career evolution follow up
  • Create and animate a community of Young Talents to reinforce our pipeline
  • Support the deployment within the Division of key HR processes admin / support related to Talent Development to ensure a smooth roll out, an excellent user experience and value added output:
  • Performance Reviews
  • Development Reviews
  • People Reviews
  • Follow the key indicators and coordinate action plans to reach the Division Targets on Diversity and Youth Employment
  • Support Turn Over, Diversity analysis to identify root causes of and built consistent action plans
  • Participate in different HR Projects: Employee engagement survey, Digital onboarding process deployment, Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives, CaochHub
  • Support the framework and process on talent acquisition & onboarding

Learning

  • Skills Matrix implementation and follow up
  • Monitor training Division KPI dashboard
  • Learning Management System administrator: My Learning Place:
  • Training Leader contact for

MLP:
HR and employees

  • Be part of the Plastic Omnium network in MLP improvement, technical issue
  • Be the main point of contact for training coordination within the division: launch & coordinate training campaign, work closely with supplier from organization to payment
  • Ensure data quality of our LMS
  • Support the creation of

New Energies University:
working closely the different functions to create a clear learning offer for our employees


Profile:


  • Graduated BAC +4/5 or equivalent
  • 2/3 years HR experience, in an international company is a plus

Key technical competencies:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with training facilitation
  • Knowledge of HR development processes
  • Very good level in English is mandatory Comfortable with HR and IT tools (HRIS, LMS )
