**Job Description**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Juridique pour assister notre Directeur Administratif & Financier et la direction. Les taches incluent:

- Aider à la rédaction et mettre à jour la base de contrats-types selon les évolutions du business,
- Préparer et suivre les contrats clients et fournisseurs,
- Assurer le classement et l'archivage des contrats,
- Optimiser/industrialiser le process de contractualisation clients,
- Secrétariat juridique,
- En charge de la relation avec les services juridiques du Groupe sur les sujets transverses (ré-organisation juridique / transfert de prix / rédaction des conventions de trésorerie etc )
- Suivi de la gestion administrative (facturation / encaissements clients) à l'aide des tableaux de bord existants.

**Qualifications**:

- Vous avez suivi une formation d'assistanat juridique ou de Droit Bac +2/3 dans le domaine de l'assistanat juridique ou le Droit
- Première expérience dans un role similaire
- Maitrise sur les outils informatiques
- Solides compétences en droit des affaires, des sociétés acquises en étude et lors d'une première expérience professionnelle
- Tu es rigoureux(euse), méthodique et autonome ;
- Tu as déjà travaillé dans une PME en hyper-croissance qui propose de nouveaux challenges tous les jours.
- Tu es doté(e) d'un esprit critique
- Tu fais avancer tes sujets avec méthodes et dynamisme tout en restant adaptable et souple dans un contexte de PME;
- Tu as un bon relationnel pour dialoguer avec différents types d'interlocuteur ;
- Excellent niveau d'anglais et française à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Tu es force de proposition
