According to the policy defined by the NEMERA group, and with a view to respecting deadlines, costs and regulations, and in a process of continuous improvement:

Implement and adapt human resources in terms of organization, staffing, skills and motivation to achieve the objectives set by the Plant management and General Management
Advise the Plant Director and department managers on matters of recruitment, personnel administration/management, relations with social partners, labor law, management and organisation.
Contribute to the strategy and initiatives of the NEMERA group.
