Role Insight

We're all about the customer experience here at Watchfinder so first and foremost you will have to ensure that your client receives the best showroom experience.
Your key role will be to buy to our final customers their watches regarding the HQ purchasing strategy.
Supporting the Purchasing team, you will demonstrate excellent follow up, organization and negotiation skills to ensure that you succeed in achieving your individual and team targets.
As a Junior Purchasing you will be passionate about watch environment, products, novelties and become a real expert in the market.
You will also encapsulate our core values of being connected, curious, innovative, inclusive, and excellent
Team spirit is key at Watchfinder, you will have to do your best to integrate a young, dynamic and pro active team.

How will you make an impact?

Answer client request on incoming calls.
Chase purchasing clients and negotiate with them.
Quote watches under 5k.
Receive clients in the showroom, book watches, follow a Fast Track procedure and create the necessary documents and follow up when needed for the TVMOP (French taxes).
Logistic flow from showroom to HUB.
Safe Scan, showroom security procedure.
Working closely with the Senior purchasing in driving purchases and generating business for the boutique.
Holding weekly reviews with the HQ Purchasing teams.
Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book.
