Description

We are currently looking for a Tax Manager (F/M) based in Aubagne (13). Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe including tax returns and documentation (e.g. local files for TP documentation). Building relationships and interacting with internal clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.

What you will accomplish together with us

Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe,
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns,
Identify and mitigate tax risks,
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process,
Improve and define the tax processes,
Coordinate tax audits and manage the relations with the tax administration
Follow up of tax audits in France and abroad in connection with our local councils,
Main contact for local advisors, manage relations with advisors,
Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests,
Participation in the definition of Group transfer pricing policy and other international tax topics on Group level,
Implementation of transfer pricing documentation in South Europe in collaboration with local councils,
Work with the Group tax department to ensure alignment of approach for all tax matters and to work together on key initiatives

What will convince us

Baccalaureate +5 years, expertise on French tax regulation
IFRS experience appreciated
Autonomy and independence with a low level of supervision
Rigour
Team spirit
Analytically minded and synthesis capacity
Sense of communication and capacity for good relationship
Strong project management skills
Good command of company's tools (ERP)
Fluent English.
