The Angers site is part of the Visibility System Pole (VIS).

It develops efficient and innovative lighting and wiper systems that support the driver and his passengers in all weathers, day and night, and in their various activities on board the vehicle.

The Development Center in Angers (ADC) is looking for a
Hardware Team Leader M/F.

Reporting to the Opto Mechatronics Manager, you will lead a team of about ten people and be responsible for programming and budgetary monitoring of Hardware activities for all projects developed by Angers.

Your challenges?

Design and validation

You guarantee the proper execution of design and validation missions within your business area
You supervise the Hardware design review
You interface with the systems, software, quality (...)
You validate the validation plan of the developed solutions

Deliverables

You are responsible for the compliance of design rules inhouse and with suppliers

Schedules and budgets

You optimize the adequacy of resource requirements with equipment and investments
You define the detailed allocation of activities
You follow the activities and expenses and guarantee the respect of the allocated budget

Management of hardware contributors

You manage the members of your team on a daily basis for the design/development and validation aspects
You ensure the alignment of resources to the project needs
You manage priorities within your team.
You represent the Angers development site in the Hardware network of the Product Group Lighting and ensure the sharing and implementation within your team.
You ensure the development of your team (training, skills, evolutions, recruitment, efficiency...)

**What about you

With an engineering degree, you have a minimum of 10 years experience in electronic design, acquired in the industry and have already managed a team.

You are experienced in co-development within the framework of multi-site projects and in international environments.

Your level of English allows you to communicate easily both orally and in writing.
