Your missions:

As a

Test Lead, you will be responsible for a test stream within high value-added projects and ensure that deadlines, costs and risks are respected.

  • Implement the Murex testing methodology on the Client project (including implementations, upgrades, etc.)
  • Define and share the testing strategy with project managers and customers
  • Coordinate the testing activity within the project (definition, design, implementation and control, reporting)
  • Identify possible quality risks and analyze risks raised by customers throughout the project manage escalations in case of high risk in a timely manner
  • Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the test strategy to capitalize and optimize it.

You will also take part in the following phases:

  • "Build" (follow-up of test cases, proposal of best practices, coordination and management of test campaigns, etc.),
  • Customer validation (consulting role on testing and automation aspects, preparation of the validation stage (data testing, regression testing, test cases, SIT/UAT, tools and processes, etc.), supporting the deployment of the test strategy at the customer's site (environment management, configuration and incidents, kickoff and closure, progress report, incident analysis, etc.)
  • You may be required to intervene during customer demonstrations, RFPs or even during the costing of test activities.
  • Finally, you will contribute to the improvement of the existing system (change management) via, for example, the evolution of the roadmap related to test automation tools.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Testing or Development:

  • Familiar with aspects of testing: functional, non-functional
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of agile
  • Technical/functional knowledge of MX.3 appreciated
  • Past experience on MX.3 and/or MXtest, and/or CI (Continuous Integration) preffered.
