    Job Title: Commis de Cuisine

    • Preparing preliminary tasks efficiently
    • Assisting the Chef de Partie in creating culinary delights
    • Ensuring high-quality dishes to elevate our dining experience and optimize costs
    • Maintaining cleanliness and equipment according to HACCP standards
    • Handling goods following HACCP protocols
    • Proper storage and handling of food items
    • Ensuring freshness and quality of products
    • Coordinating your team to deliver smooth service
    • Reporting any safety concerns promptly to management

    Requirements:

    • BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine qualification

      • Skills and Qualifications:

      • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis de Cuisine in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant
      • Creativity and innovative thinking
      • Attention to detail and organizational skills
