Mission
Quelles seront tes missions ?
Dans un contexte très stimulant de développement et de transformation, rattaché.e à notre Responsable Marketing Opérationnel, doux, bienveillant, exigeant et qui encourage ses collaborateurs à monter en compétences, tes missions seront les suivantes :
• Conduire des projets visant à améliorer l'expérience clients et les process internes
• Mettre en place le programme de fidélité
• Travailler en collaboration avec les différents services et accompagner l'équipe marketing opérationnel
Profil
Et toi, qui es-tu ?
• Tu prépares un Master (BAC +4 ou BAC+5) - Ecole de commerce, université avec spécialisation marketing, commerce
• Tu as une première expérience stage ou alternance dans le domaine du commerce et/ou du marketing
• Tu as une appétence pour l'univers technologique et le monde des télécoms.
• Tu as un goût pour la gestion de projets complexes
• On dit de toi que tu es dynamique, curieux, doté d'un esprit d'analyse et qui apprécie travailler en groupe
