Job Description:

Within the product team, and under the responsibility of the Head of Product, you will be in charge of one of the functional bricks of our tool, with the following missions:

Build the product backlog and contribute to the product vision

  • Identify, collect and analyze needs both internally and externally with customers
  • Monitor competition and market developments
  • Be proactive on improvements and evolutions
  • Manage the product backlog
  • Prioritize the product backlog in particular according to items business value and to the objectives of the company
  • Actively participate in the product roadmap design process

Design new features

  • Work closely with the dev and ML teams to find the best solutions
  • Challenge ideas with customers and collect their feedback
  • Write user stories
  • Participate in the design of mockups and models with the UX designer

Follow up on projects until delivery

  • Represent the product vision at agile ceremonies (daily, grooming, planning, review, retro)
  • Followup the sprints and make sure that deadlines and functional scope are respected
  • Communicate internally on necessary changes and adaptations
  • Participate in the definition of acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT with the QA team

Be the internal referent on your functional perimeter

  • Present new products to internal teams and provide training
  • Respond to questions from Customer Success, support and sales teams
  • Prioritize reports of anomalies

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as Product Owner on a B2B SaaS tool, preferably in data visualization
  • Excellent level of English (international teams and clients)
  • A CSPO/PSO certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira is a plus)
  • A first experience on a tool using machine learning is a plus
  • Good understanding of the issues and constraints of frontend development
  • Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback)
