Duties
- Event (or Sport Event) experience (Hotel, Transport or Support Services Departments);
- 34 years special event experience with emphasis on multiday, multisport events with "Hands on Experience";
- Familiarity with event organization and or hotel event planning;
- Excellent command of the English and French Language; additional knowledge of another foreign language (i.e. Spanish, German, Italian) will be an asset;
- Ability to professionally undertake the duties reasonably requested by OBS as is necessary to complete OBS' assignments as detailed in the OBS order and job description;
- Detail orientated team player capable of communicating with all levels in a multinational organization;
- Time management & priority setting skills essential;
- Ability to generate and maintain detailed plans and reports;
- Knowledge of the garment/uniform industry considered an asset;
- Proven team player with outstanding organization skills, hard working, deadline oriented and proactive;
- Ability to work well under pressure and demanding working schedule;
- Must be highly organized, selfmotivated and able to work independently;
- Be able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels;
- Have a positive and adaptable approach to problem solving;
- Must be flexible with changes from within and outside the department;
- Assist with the accreditation data checks against OBS internal database to ensure that all the accreditation cards have been issued correctly;
- Assist with the implementation of the accreditation distribution plan (mailing) to ensure that all accreditation cards reach their end user on a timely manner;
- Check, sorting and distribution of Supplementary Access Devices;
- Assist with the uniform size changes process by handling requests submitted by the Venue Broadcast Logistic Managers and making the size exchanges when feasible;
- Help with the preparation of documents in relation to the Accreditations & Uniforms plan;

- Full time shift work including evenings and weekends;
- Subject to national/international criminal background checks;
- This is approximately 3months long position that commences in June and ends in August 2024, based on the event schedule.
- Current residence in France is preferred
