To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a highly collaborative Senior Manager - IT Projects to help roadmap, manage, and deploy our global information systems for all major support functions (IT, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, etc.)

Your Impact

As Senior Manager - IT Projects, your mission is to design and deploy the roadmap for Mirakl's global information system, enabling the support functions (IT, Finance, Legal, HR) as well as the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions to have market-standard productivity tools that provide a quality employee experience.

You will be responsible for the design and prioritization of the software to be integrated with Salesforce, and the evolutions of these same softwares in accordance with the company's needs in terms of productivity, security, regulator, compliance and collaboration.

The main softwares used within the IS are the following:

Salesforce
Jumpcloud Directory
Netsuite
Anaplan
Tableau
Bamboo

What you will do at Mirakl

Design with the Management team the short

- and long-term roadmap of the functional areas to be covered by new softwares / softwares evolutions, to provide a best-in-class service and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our processes and our costs (incl. tool selection, case study & benchmark)

Manage in particular the Salesforce architecture, to ensure a proper alignment with Mirakl strategy & revenue generation objectives and guarantee overall consistency of the infrastructure and scalability
Build, with Business owners teams, the commitments of the projects (costs, milestones, quality), and ensure the management of the integrators
Support Mirakl teams in the implementation and evolution of their tools to deliver adapted and long term technical solutions
Oversee all system evolutions to ensure a proper coordination between teams and tools, and ensure a proper data integrity management
Define objectives in terms of service level agreements and user satisfaction
Document the tools architecture and major workflows, and guarantee an appropriate level if internal control
Manage external integrators relations
10+ years of experience working as a Systems or Project Manager
Must have Salesforce experience as an administrator or architect
Experience with managing implementations in the past
ERP or CRM
Experience managing interface/connection between tools, including Salesforce
Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English
