Description

• Ensure the machine and/or subsystems design on time, cost & quality
• Ensure the machine and/or subsystems design matches with MRD requirements, Bobcat standards, operations and quality requirements.
• Ensure product design quality through formal drawing reviews and stack up analysis
• Participate on formal product design reviews
• Ensure product standardization and technology leveraging through Bobcat product range.
• Support VAVE ideas generation through NPD product alternate designs.

• Define and followup the short and mid term activity plan of both the teams.
• Monthly KPi reporting to EMEA engineering management.
• Define and followup the short and mid term activity plan of both the teams.
• Ensure proper resource alignment with projects plan.
• Define the AOP design resource plan
• Ensure proper training of Bobcat engineering tools and strict follow of design rules and standards to his teams

• Education & Qualification
• Engineering Master degree or equivalent
• Experience in Mobile machinery /automotive/ Commercial vehicle

• Jobrelated
• Knowledge of Machine architecture and different functions as mechanics, hydraulics, Electric & Electronics and Software
• Experienced in New Product development Engineering strategy
