Poste:


As part of the Finance and Supply Chain Team and under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Associate Director, you will provide operational support to Supply Chain coordinators in the daily importation and delivery tasks.

You will perform the following tasks, including but not limited to:
Order management

  • Participate in the followup of our subsidiaries' orders, from production to delivery
  • Monitor deliveries and implement corrective actions to ensure ontime delivery to our customers.
Transport management

  • Support supply chain coordinators in managing the logístical transport of our products within the EU or for export and centralize export documents.
  • Assist various internal departments with their specific logistics needs.
Inventory management

  • Contribute to the management and analysis of our suppliers' component stocks.
  • Perform analysis of European overstocks.
Communication

  • Communicate with our subsidiaries on order followup.

Profil:


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Communication skills (both written and spoken) in English, French is a plus
  • Knowledge of international transport and/or logistics
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Sensibility to analysis and reporting tools is a plus

Experience and qualifications:

  • Higher education with a specialization in logistics, supply chain or international trade
  • A first experience in sales or supply chain is a plus

Additional information
Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract:
full-time internship for 6 months (no workstudy programs)

dependent on degree level
