Existing Customer Portolio*
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with endusers and partners in parallel to achieve goals
  • Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies with partners and Mid-Market Sales
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Keep opportunity ownership on BDR driven opportunities for Renewal, Upsell, Services & Training
  • Providing prompt and responses to all customers and partners
  • Schedule and conduct webinars and product demonstrations remotly
  • Promoting the company products and services to customers and partners for pipeline creation (New Business/CrossSell/Complex Upsellfor Mid-Market Salespeople

Qualify incoming requests from lead generation activities (telemarketing subcontractors, Webinars, Events, Webside )

  • Researching customers extensively
  • Conducting webinars and product demonstrations remotely across multiple time zones
  • Using tools like HubSpot, Teams meeting, Salesforce and more for working with prospects and measuring progress

Overall:


  • Make appointment /Demo Events for Sales or yourself to conduct
  • Update the CRM Salesforces tool by entering activities and prospect information and their needs
  • Ensure the "reporting" of the global followup of the leads to field sales reps and the hierarchy, especially during business meetings
  • Regularly report to manager

Profil recherché:


What you'll need to be successful

  • Enjoy challenges;
  • Being Curious;
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Comfortable on the phone, good communication skills;
  • Languages: Italian: Mother tong
  • English/French : Fluent
  • Prior experience working in sales and lead generation;
  • Passionate
