We are looking for passionate
Salespersons with retail experiences for our new flagship store opening soon in Paris.

Established in 1990,

SYSTEM creates a new movement that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.


Your aim is to ensure the accomplishment of customer satisfaction, commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, etc.), and brand development in line withvcompany's commercial targets.


In this role, your key activities are:

1. Customer satisfaction and commercial targets

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a client centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
  • Being knowledgeable on past and present season product well versed in brand history, seasonal inspiration, fit and fabrics.
  • Staying on top of fashion trends & industry updates.
  • Drive and maximize sales performances.
  • Propose and develop business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.

2.Strong team spirit

  • Communicating with colleagues, sharing information about customer interactions, market trends and potential challenges.
  • Offering assistance with tasks, sharing resources, or providing guidance based on personal experiences fostering a positive team environment.
  • Being adaptable and willing to embrace changes in strategies,products, or market conditions.
  • Providing and receiving constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Aligning individual goals with the broader objectives of the sales team and the organization(collective mindset).
  • Understanding how team's efforts contribute to the overall success of the team encouraging a sense of unity and purpose.

Experience and Skills Required:


  • 3 years + retail experience preferably from a luxury retail environment.
  • Fluent in French and in English.( Knowledge of other languages also best)
  • Understanding of specialty retail and store operations.
  • Ability to demonstrate teamplayer and resilience.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a committed selfstarter with a "can do" attitude.
