Job Summary
FreeWheel France is looking for a Publisher Account Manager.

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to work with France's main broadcasters, CTV, and digital clients You will report to the Head of Publisher Account Management for Southern Europe.

You will handle the onboarding of new clients and also maintain positive relationships with your client portfolio in France and Belgium.

Core Responsibilities:


  • You will handle publisher requests daily while answering their questions and assist with any queries they have.
  • Provide regular training on new functionalities and tools to our current clients.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical recommendations to help your clients increase their revenue.
  • Develop revenue streams with existing clients and implement standard processes/best practices across the portfolio of clients.
  • Perform quantitative or strategic analysis of potential or existing partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients.
  • Assist the Publisher Sales Director to present QBR to your clients and meet them on a regular basis to keep a good working relationship.
  • A good understanding of the Video and Programmatic ecosystem. You will need to know about Instream, Pre-Roll, Outstream, VAST/VPAID tags, VTR, SSP, DSP, DMP, Bid requests, Multibids.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while running multiple engagements.
  • Experience in establishing relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience in handling publisher accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Comfortable and confident to talk in front of large audiences.
  • Proficiency in English.

Education
Bachelor's Degree


While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
