ABOUT THE JOB


We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator on a permanent contract, who will be responsible for managing the social media accounts of Byredo, creating and engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Communications, Creative Studio, Customer Service and Public Relations teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with Byredo's overall marketing and brand strategy.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns aligned with marketing calendar and business objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line, Red, Weibo, and WeChat.
  • Ensure copies from English to French or Chinese as needed, working hand in hand with Communication team.
  • Manage social media organic campaigns, including managing best timing, setting targeting parameters, and monitoring performance.
  • Monitor social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

COORDINATION INTERNATIONAL TEAM

  • Collaborate with local market teams to coordinate the creation and execution of social media campaigns that align with the company's overall messaging and branding.
  • Provide support to local market teams by sharing relevant assets, posting times, validation captions, and approvals from creative assets.
  • Ensure alignment of social media planning in local markets with the global planning and make necessary adaptations to social media posts to suit local market needs.
  • Monitor the performance of social media campaigns in local markets and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the Go to Market, Communications, and Public Relations teams to ensure that all social media campaigns are aligned with the company's overall messaging and branding.

REPORTING

  • Use social listening tools and data analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make datadriven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media trends and best practices and use that knowledge to make recommendations for improving company's social media presence.
  • Develop and maintain relevant dashboards using data analytics tools such as Sprinklr and translate data into strategy proposals for the company.
  • Conduct reporting and data analytics of campaigns, monthly reporting and share profitable insights with Byredo team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a company or organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
