Job Description:

Our Mission

We are currently looking for a
_Regiornal Retail Operations Manager_ who will join our dynamic team based in Paris.

Directly reporting to the Controlling & Retail Operations Director, she/he will act as the lead contact for the boutiques within the Europe Region ensuring that retail operations are executed compliantly and in line with the Brands vision and Company's guidelines.

Your Opportunity- Coordinate the regional retail operations team to ensure stores are smoothly operated in assisting boutiques with ad-hoc requests on maintenance, IT, logistics & other daily operations- Collaborate in updating the Store Handbook and the operating standards, to ensure Store Managers are clear on expectations and global retail procedures- Work closely with the Global Retail Operations central department in order to ensure that retail operations and long-term developments are seamlessly integrated and shared across all functions- Work with the Store Design team, to ensure data is aligned and channeled in the correct way, devising strategies together to drive continuous improvement to store opening plans and replication over time.- Continuously gather feedback and data from the market and work with the HQ department to ensure all activities are thought through.

- Monitor KPI's and impulse corrective actions if needed

Who you are- Post-graduate experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in a similar dynamic, international and complex organization- In-depth knowledge of the state of premium retail, as well as highest standards of client experience- Proven strong operational performance in the retail environment and good customer service attitude- Holistic vision and ability to translate technical jargon into business language- Organized, delivery focused and comfortable working on own initiative- Team player, comfortable dealing with all business levels and external suppliers- Innovative problem solving, design and testing skills- Fluent in spoken and written English and French, German would be a plus- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and main systems such as Cegid, salesforce, etc.
