About the role:


Are you ready to join a dynamic and driven team at the forefront of finance and operations? We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of FP&A Manager.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization and play a key role in driving our financial strategies forward.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Supervision: Oversee accounting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Cash Management: Optimize cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to support business objectives and financial stability.
  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): Lead the preparation of budgets, re forecasts, and financial analyses. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on financial performance metrics.
  • Cost Control: Implement costsaving initiatives and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.
  • Legal Compliance: Prepare documentation for annual general meetings, written consultations, and corporate legal matters, including BSPCE requirements.
  • Taxation: Manage tax compliance, with a focus on CIR (Crédit d'Impôt Recherche) / CII (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation) and other tax incentives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Subsidy Research: Identify and pursue opportunities for government grants and subsidies to support business activities and innovation projects.

Equity Participation:
Contribute to activities related to mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraising, debt financing, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

About you*:
You are/have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management, FP&A, and accounting operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in corporate law and taxation.
  • Experience of more than 3/4 years in Transaction Services is mandatory.
  • Excellent in financial modeling and forecasting on Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and present findings to senior management.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
