Description de la mission
Au sein de l'équipe Conseil et Projets de M6 UNLIMITED, et sous la responsabilité du Directeur du Pôle Conseil et Projets ainsi que de son adjointe, vous assurez la commercialisation des Opérations Spéciales du Groupe M6.
Vous développez le CA en montant des opérations sur l'ensemble de l'offre M6U, en CROSS média, en influence et /ou en évènementiel.
Vos missions principales au sein de M6 Unlimited :
Gestion de briefs : qualité des propositions / créativité / respect des délais / rigueur et disponibilité pour le traitement des demandes.
Gestion de projets : mise en place de l'opération / suivi d'opération / bilan / accompagnement.
Maitrise d'un portefeuille d'agences conseils : proximité avec les interlocuteurs du marché OPS, proximité avec les BU Conseils, construire une relation exigeante et privilégiée.
Maitrise de la relation annonceur, avec des interlocuteurs souvent topés (DMK) lors des phases de mises en place des Opérations.
Capacité à organiser et impulser la bonne collaboration entre les services M6U concernés par une OPS : Production, Pôle Editorial, Planning Stratégique
Devenir un référent OPS au sein de M6 Publicité : culture OPS, maitrise des offres programmes, maitrises des indicateurs de performances publicitaires.
Tempérament commercial : Push sur des dispositifs programmes spécifiques, renfort de la PDM OPS M6U, qualité du reporting interne dans le bon timing, participation active aux réunions d'équipe.
Profil
De formation, Bac /5, vous avez une première expérience significative en régie publicitaire
ou agence (publicité ou média) et particulièrement dans la vente et création d'OPS.
Compétences requises :
- Aptitude à la vente et sens de la négociation
- Parfaite connaissance du marché publicitaire cross média
- Curiosité, créativité, autonomie, et pro-activité
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à utiliser les chiffres, études et moyens marketing
- Connaissance média et hors média : TV, Radio, Digital, Catch up et Influence.
