Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ? Looking for a young graduate to join Saint-Gobain Surface Solutions (SGSS) Communications Team, for a 6-month end-of-studies internship based in Paris, France starting. The internship aims to be followed by a 12-months
VIE program based in Stafford, UK.
Working closely with SGSS Communications Director and reporting to SGSS Strategy Director, you will play an active role in implementing a global communications strategy, creating and managing content and outreach channels around the SGSS vision, strategies, brand, and using it in internal & external communications, in particular through:

Defining and implementing an editorial strategy and content for the SGSS internal newsletter
Creating and implementing a communication plan for the SGSS Linkedin page
Roll out and development of the SGSS corporate website:
Support the implementation of multiple language version sites
Keep the site fresh with regular content (coordinating with each BU & region marcom team who are responsible for providing BU/region content) and implement functional improvements through liaison with Group IT Digital Solutions
Create website governance guidelines
Creating content (texts, videos, visuals...) for internal and/or external use
Define the KPIs that will measure success as well as a subsequent approach for benchmarking, tracking, and improving capabilities and effectiveness for the internal newsletter, LinkedIn, and website
Coordination and update of the global SGSS Customer Presentation
Provide support for the quarterly LiveChats, and annual SGSS Awards
Coordination with the internal central Comms team regarding promotion of SGSS content via Group / HPS
Visibility on SGSS brand guideline adherence across BUs & regions, highlighting any discrepancies (brand visuals, content)
Support adhoc request from SG Group & HPS comms teams (stories, content, graphics, etc.)

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

From a Bac+5 level in a business school or its equivalent, you are looking for your final internship in communication.

You aim to find international exposure in your future professional challenge and be ready to seize the opportunity of a VIE at the end of your student cycle.
