We're looking for an experienced and extremely motivated Senior Producer to join the team of our game Frag Pro Shooter.

Responsibilities:

Supports endtoend pipeline development
Create/maintain welldefined schedules, goals, and milestones
Play a critical role in overseeing the artistic development and delivery of highquality visuals and assets
Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently
Anticipate and mitigate blockers, before they become real issues for the team; lean in and remove obstacles in workflow, resourcing or capacity
Support the production team to help them do their best work
Develop a deep understanding of the game and business, incl. existing features, product roadmap, and live operations
Work on the economy side to improve revenue & retention KPIs
Continuously monitor and identify new opportunities to improve player experience, ensuring a great experience for all players across all stages of their player journey.

What we're looking for:

8+ years of experience in production/project management in the mobile game industry
Deep understanding of freetoplay development processes and pipelines, having successfully run a game project of significant scope from beginning to end with crossfunctional teams
Experience with analytics and understanding of engagement and monetization KPIs
Passion for games and freetoplay mechanics
Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Playerfocused, passionate, solutionsfocused, and innovative
