- Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to client inquiries and providing advice on available services and activities
- Organizing and coordinating restaurant, hotel, transportation, and other service reservations requested by clients
- Managing special requests from clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ensuring effective communication with various departments within the company to ensure smooth execution of client requests
- Handling client assistance requests (acknowledgment, registration, analysis, confirmation to the client, identifying and contacting subcontractors, monitoring order progress)
- Maintaining a privileged relationship with suppliers to ensure the quality of services offered to clients
- Updating FBO ONE with flight-related information and requested services
- Previous experience in business concierge or customer service
- Excellent communication, customer relationship, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in computer tools and customer management software
- Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
- Strong time management skills, flexibility
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Annual bonus equivalent to 1 month's salary
- 50% coverage of health insurance
- 50% coverage of transportation costs
