Your Job:


As the Director of Sales House at Sparteo, your mission is to lead the entire activity of the sales house, encompassing teams, strategy, as well as offers and products.


You will be responsible for the following steps:

Step 1:
Elevate the sales house to Sparteo's standards in the French market

  • Integration of new offers and products.
  • Increase in revenue.
  • Structuring the operation and different teams comprising the sales house.

Step 2:
Expand the activities of Sparteo's Sales House to our other international markets.

Step 3:
Develop Sparteo's DSP activity.


Nowadays Sales House team:

  • Commercial team of 5 people, including the commercial director
  • Marketing team : 1 junior collaborator
  • Adops team : managed by the Demand Operations team.

To specify:

As the Director of the Sales House, your main responsibilities will be:

P&L management:

  • Definition and management of budgets (revenue + expenses).
  • Management of the profitability of the activity.

Team Management:

  • Recruitment.
  • Sizing of teams (types of professions, expertise, number of collaborators...).
  • Team management (daily management, definition of objectives, animation...).

Commercial Activity:

  • Definition of the commercial strategy (pricing policy, discourse regarding client typology, profitability per client, and development strategy...).
  • Commercial development (partnership contracts, opening of new clients...).
  • Definition of means and results objectives.
  • Collaboration with the commercial director for the deployment and daily management of the team.

Development of Sales House Products:

  • Definition and management of the Sales House product roadmap in coherence with the Sparteo strategy.
  • Management of delivery in relation to the Sales House, Demand Operations, technical, and product teams.

Marketing Communication Sales House:

  • Definition and management of marketing budgets.
  • Implementation of sales support tools.
  • Management of Press Relations.
  • Management of Public Relations.

  • Your mastery of the Ad Tech environment and your pragmatism have allowed you to develop relevant offerings that have proven their worth and to build a selfsufficient multidisciplinary team.

  • Your proficiency in both English and French enables you to work on complex issues both internally and externally, showcasing fluent communication in both languages.
