Your mission:

Global Logistics & Shipping Management

  • Manage global logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
  • Negotiate contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistic service providers to secure the best rates and services
Quality Management

  • Implement and oversee a Total Quality Management system throughout the Ledger industrial site in Vierzon
  • Lead the process for obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification, including preparation, documentation, and audit management
  • Ensure all manufacturing and logistics processes meet international quality standards and compliance requirementsEnsure Ledger quality processes are aligned with our manufacturing partners
Team Management & Development

  • Lead and develop a team of logistics & manufacturing professionals (30 people), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Provide training and mentorship on best practices in logistics and quality management

What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • English proficiency, ability to work in an international environment
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a logistics or supply chain management role in a global company
  • Proven experience with Total Quality Management and ISO 9001 certification process
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to manage complex global supply chain
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficient in English.
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to travel as required (5 to 10% of your time)
