Job Description and Requirements

  • As part of the HW Operations team, main responsibilities for this position will be to:
  • Setup and maintain a HW Quality reporting structure
  • Manage endtoend process for resolution of quality issues (supplier, production, field)
  • Review and optimize data collection process
  • Implement new SW solutions for managing quality data
  • Process and procedure documentation
  • Organize internal and external quality audits
  • Ensure compliance with required certification requirements

Required qualifications:


  • 10+ years experience in HW Quality (supplier, production, field)
  • Good understanding of HW Operations functions and processes
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excel expertise
  • International travels required
