Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with a focus on our core services: digital marketing, brand performance, omnichannel growth amplification, and international brand reputation management.


Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.


Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.


Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.


Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and develop opportunities.


Client understanding:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and content needs.


Collaboration:

Work closely with the French Sales Director and other internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure seamless client onboarding.


Reporting:
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Growth Strategist, Sales Hunter or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings;
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus;
Willingness to travel as needed.
